International Medical Relief promotes the well-being of underdeveloped communities through a comprehensive continuum of services provided on medical mission trips. International Medical Relief trips contribute to the world’s communities by improving the overall health, wellness and medical relief of the people. On these 10 to 14 day medical mission trips, we provide diagnosis and treatment, establish partnerships with local medical relief designees, conduct community medical and wellness training, and foster principles of preventative health care. With our medical mission team, support staff, and the health care supplies and medicines we bring on each medical mission trip, we see hundreds of patients each clinic day.
International Medical Relief provides medical mission trips for general medical care, dental care, as well as several types of medical care specialties including plastic surgeons, general surgeons, oral surgeons, orthopedic surgeons and ophthalmic surgeons. Surgical trips are designed in specific locations that have the infrastructure to accommodate volunteer surgical teams. Non-medical volunteers act as support staff and are an integral part of each team
